The house is beautiful and John is very helpful, kind, and quick with responses. The location is amazing and John recommended a lot of places around us. Both the house and the host were great, we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

John Paul was a super host! Responded to any of my questions almost immediately. The home was exactly as pictured and instructions were easy to follow. We would defintely stay here again!

from the moment we booked John Paul was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Answered usually within a few minutes and i had mamy questions. the house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful. It is incredibly clean and had everything we needed and more. One of the nicest ones we have stayed in. We will definitely be booking with him again.

Omg, amazing! During the route from NY to FL, my family and I hit a few bumpy roads which disrupted our vacation but nevertheless, John helped us every step of the way. He was very communicative, genuine, and respectful. John understood the hits and misses of traveling since covid, which we were very grateful of, so he provided as much support as he could!
The house is beautiful and homey with so much space which is perfect for a family getaway. It’s located in a quiet area and the neighbors are welcoming. The best part is the second living room with a tv and a door to the pool as we watch our mother cook us dinner, it was an unforgettable memory. If you’re worried about your safety, there’s multiple locks on the front door and alarm systems on the pool doors. The pool system is great if you bring kids because it will go off every time someone opens the door.
All in all, the house was great, the host was amazing, and the environment couldn’t be any better. Thank you, John!!
