The updated bathrooms offer a spa-like experience, while the open-concept lounge areas provide luxury and comfort. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the pool, allowing you to enjoy the starlit sky and nearby water in privacy. Whether you're watching the sunset from the patio or streaming your favorite movies, our home ensures your comfort and relaxation during your stay. House Rules: 1. Check-in: 4:00 PM 2. Check-out: 10:00 AM 3. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and candles are prohibited inside the home. A fine of a maximum of $500 may be applied. (Sensors are installed throughout the house to detect various types of smoke.) 4. Illegal substances are prohibited on the property. 5. No Pets: Pets are not permitted. 6. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. 7. Parties/Events: No parties or events are allowed. 8. Garbage: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. 9. Respect Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times. 10. Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. 11. Eating & Drinking: Please refrain from eating and drinking in the bedrooms. 12. Furnishings: Kindly handle the furnishings with care and do not rearrange the furniture. 13. Children - Pool & Pond: For those with children, please ensure their safety and supervise them at all times especially in the vicinity of the pool area. Alligators are present in the surrounding area, including the pond. 14. HVAC: When using the AC, please ensure that all doors and windows are kept closed. Kindly avoid setting the AC below 70 or above 78. 15. Bathrooms: Flush septic safe toilet paper only. No sanitary products, tissues or wipes. 16. Parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles 17. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property Please note: - After booking, a verification process and damage waiver application is required. A link will be sent via text from Truvi to complete this portion of the booking. Truvi charges a $15 transaction fee to complete the verification. Failure to complete the verification within 48 hours of booking or failing the verification will result in the booking being cancelled. - Pool heating requires 3 days' notice and incurs a fee of $35 per day. Contact the host if you would like this option. - Access to the property is via an E-lock, with a unique code for each guest.
